SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping my Closet Sale! Please review the shipping terms below before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

  • Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take the full 3 days, but never longer unless otherwise stated.


2. Shipping Methods

All packages are shipped via the carrier selected at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.


3. Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on carrier, location, and chosen shipping method.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged packages

  • Delayed delivery

Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier using your tracking information.


5. Incorrect Addresses

Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded or replaced.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay new shipping costs to have it reshipped.


6. Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders close together, I may combine them into one shipment when possible.
Shipping overages will not be refunded.


7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Delays caused by customs are outside of my control.
