TERMS OF SERVICE – CLOSET SALE
Welcome to my Closet Sale! By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
1. Condition of Items
All items are sold as-is.
Pieces may be new, gently used, or pre-loved. I describe items to the best of my ability, including notable flaws, but normal wear consistent with secondhand items is to be expected.
2. One-of-One Inventory
All pieces are unique and one-of-a-kind.
Once an item is sold, it cannot be restocked, replaced, or exchanged.
3. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for any reason. Please review photos, descriptions, and sizing carefully before purchasing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed at checkout.
Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
I package all items with care, but once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for:

Damage caused in transit
Buyers must file claims directly with the carrier for any shipping issues.
Shipping times may vary and are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded, replaced, or reshipped without new postage paid by the buyer.
7. Order Processing
Processing time is listed on the shop page.
Custom requests are not accepted for closet-sale items.
8. Authenticity
All items are authentic to the best of my knowledge.
If an item is vintage or secondhand, brand details will be noted when known.
9. Use of Shop Content
All photos, descriptions, and listings belong to the seller.
Buyers may not copy, repost, or reuse content without permission.
10. Agreement
